A: Yes! We love to consult on production builds. We will meet with your builder’s selection team and help you make choices that will set your build apart. We have knowledge of the things that are best to upgrade upfront and the things you can do later. Our consults help clients to save money and make their production home different from those in the neighborhood.

Q: Can you suggest furniture, rugs or furnishings that will help me finish my space?

A: We can! We can suggest furniture, art, rugs and make sure it’s the correct size, scale. We can even order it for you and have it delivered.

Q: Can you come to the tile shop or furniture store with me?

A: Yes! We’d love to come with you and help you choose.

Q: Can you help me rearrange my furniture or hang my pictures?

A: We sure can. Please specify if there is heavy lifting or tools needed when booking so we can bring a handyman with us!

Q: Can you give me advise on who to shop for my cabinets, countertops, painting etc.?

A: We can. We will include this kind of information in your follow-up materials.

Q: Can you go with me to the architect or builder for my custom build?

A: We’d love to, but we might suggest a full-service design if we are starting from scratch.

Q: We need to remodel but have no idea where to start! Can you help?

A: Yes, we can come and see your space in person. We can make recommendations and connect you with our preferred architect (if needed) and our preferred contractors.
